Dakota is a 3rd generation builder and grandson of a master carpenter. His passion for a full-service approach and relational character are some of his strong-suits.

As a growing general contracting company it is important to establish strong values early on. One of our key values is responsible building techniques and environmental impact stewardship. Material selection, sustainable practices, and building science all play a critical role in our build process.

A unique aspect of our company is that we are all about building lasting relationships with our subcontractors, architects, designers, and most importantly our clients. We spend time together on and off the job site!
