President/CEO
Dakota is a 3rd generation builder and grandson of a master carpenter. His passion for a full-service approach and relational character are some of his strong-suits.
Dakota has a BS in Construction Management and Business Management. He values sustainability, performance, stewardship, and integrity. Dakota prioritizes culture development and thoughtful integration of all aspects of residential construction. He is heavily involved with the Building Science community and continues to develop his knowledge and educate colleagues and clients about sustainable construction and healthy homes.
Dakota has lived in Brevard since 2015 and enjoys our special town with his wife Lucy and their son Parker.
Ed Nezelek
Project Manager
Ed has been in construction management for over 25 years. He has extensive experience developing client relationships and managing projects from the ground up. In the past Ed has been a team member at production-scale residential developers and small firms which allows him to use his diverse experience to manage each project in a unique way.
Ed is passionate about high-quality construction, small details, and developing great relationships with trade partners, project team members, and our clients.
